The high quality and safety of our products is our primary concern. That is why all the suppliers we choose to work with, are selected according to strict criteria.

Most of our products such as peanuts, honey, jams, feta and gruyere, herbs, milk and juices come from Greece. The supply of flour, cereals, sugar, and fruits, but also other raw materials, such as wafers and rich creams that we use to fill our cookies, is done after an extremely strict evaluation.

A basic prerequisite for our partnerships is for our suppliers to follow an Integrated Quality Management and Food Safety System that conforms to the requirements of International Standards and specifications set by the European Union and the Hellenic Body for Standardization.
