Following the family tradition starting in 1936, we produce a wide variety of products, exceeding 100 types of biscuits and cookies, sweet and salted, tsoureki and other seasonal products
Our production follows the rules of Proper Hygiene of both Greek and international Laws. Our company is certified with EN ISO 22000/2005. All of our production steps are certified with the international food safety quality standard BS EN ISO 22000/2005. To properly implement our strict quality standards, our manufacturing facilities are constantly being improved and further developed our staff continuously.
Biscotti company activates in the baking and pastry market, based in Thessaloniki. . Based on the three ideals, namely quality, tradition and variety, our goal is to produce high quality products, expanding continually the product range and create long term business co-operations based on mutual trust. End of 2010, start preparing the export activities of the company and today there are products in supermarkets, bakeries and selected outlets in more than 10 countries, including Germany, Holland, Belgium, England, Denmark, USA, Bulgaria and Cyprus.
